Xintiandi apartment 新天地翠湖天地公寓
“Modern contrast” 2015 - 380sqm - Shanghai China. This modern style apartment is defined by geometric cabinets and their advance technical solution. The 6 meters long cabinet in the living room fill the scene. Its large 6 sliding doors make room for the owner's golf clubs and the antique Chinese pottery exhibited in the center. On one side there is the hanging cellar and opposite the library that connect with the TV niche. The foyer feature cement plastered walls with recessed LED stripes diffusing the light and highlighting the art piece at the end. The dining area features the wine cellar integrated on the wall cabinet. The master room features the headboard wall made of white fabric on both sides and a continuation of the bed in the middle, adjacent to it is the closet and walk in closet in dark glass. The master bathroom features a dark tiled walls in contrast with the Italian marble floor where the bathtub is centered. The wall-to-wall mirror with integrated faucets makes the entire room feel larger. Both guest washrooms and the studio feature raw materials like waxed wood and unpolished marbles.

Wooden floor and splash of colors on the fabrics brings to the atmosphere a vibrant design. The third floor, where the master area resides, sees a warmer feeling. Extended wooden floors open the space while large windows openings fill the room with warm light. The master bathroom has a touch of gray marble in contrast with dark metal shelving.
Suzhou season lake villa苏州湖滨四季别墅 -Suzhou-
“Contemporary Elegance” 2017 - 1150sqm. Located within one of the most beautiful lakes near Shanghai, this villa is a true statement of design. The elegance and the lofty space of modern architecture is immediately sensed upon entering the entrance hallway. The architectural staircase is characterized by a continuous black balustrade, running all the way from the bottom to the top. The bridge that connects the upper areas featuring a full height screening and the recessed wall library above the fireplace are perhaps two of most notable features. A remarkable large size iron sheets were used to create the bespoke balustrade, which runs following the entire staircase, finished on top with a matte black coat. 2 spectacular pendant circles add further majesty to the impressive living-room. The entire first floor is fashioned from Italian scurro stone and boasts unique features such as coordinated open kitchen followed by a 4meters dining table overlooking the lake. Rather than a conventional division between the dining and the living room there is a seamless flow between the two. A low unit is placed in between, working as a cabinet on one side and bar on the other. On the right side of the bridge there is the foyer of the master room and the studio. A bespoke back wall, made of Alcantara, host on both sides the night reading library and the side drawers while in the middle goes the upholstered raised bed, framed which dominated the room Rather than a conventional division between the dining and the living room there is a seamless flow between the two. Shanghai penthouse Mr. Dai- 2012 - Shanghai, China -
Located in the heart of the French concession, with no doubt one of the most beautiful areas in Shanghai, the penthouse raises among parks and villas overlooking the city. The concept from the client was clear, Tuscany vibe with a modern twist. Two years it took us to complete the project. Handles forged in Beijing by an American blacksmith, door frames in Sandstone carved in Italy, plaster and natural binders from Florence for the walls, carved Tuscan travertine for the basin and carved solid wood mirrors among others.
